There is space in you right now. Real space, the kind that doesn't come easily and doesn't always stay long. Something has settled. The nervous system is not bracing. The heart is not guarding. The mind is not crowded with what needs to be managed, processed or understood. You are, in this moment, genuinely open.

This is not a small thing. This is everything.

Most people move through their days without ever fully touching this state. They expand a little, then contract. They open, then protect. They catch glimpses of spaciousness and then, almost immediately, fill them again, with doing, with thinking, with the next thing that needs attention.

But you are here. And that changes what is possible.

Available is not simply feeling well. It is not the absence of difficulty or the presence of happiness. It is something far more significant, a capacity. An inner spaciousness that allows more to move through you, more to land in you, more to unfold from you.

When you are Available, you can receive what you could not receive before. Insights that previously slid past you find somewhere to live. Presence that once felt fleeting becomes something you can actually hold. The next layer of your journey, the one that has been waiting, quietly, for this exact moment, can finally begin to reveal itself.

This state makes it possible to receive a little more of what Life, what Consciousness, what your own Soul has been trying to offer you.

You are not just open today. You are ready for the next unfolding. Don't rush past this. Don't immediately fill what has just been emptied.

Let yourself be here, in this spaciousness, a little longer than feels necessary.

The buddha’s mudra

Before you go further, before you reach for what this opening might bring, let yourself arrive in it completely. Sit in the lotus position on the floor, of your home or even better of your garden .

Touch the earth with your fingertips, fingers pointing down. The Buddha's mudra. The gesture of grounding before enlightenment. Not grasping the ground. Simply touching it. Saying, I am here. I am present. The earth receives me.

During the greatest openings, the response is to become more rooted, more present, more grounded.

Stay there for a moment. Feel the weight of your own body. Let it be enough.

Mudras are one the simplest and most powerful tools we have to regulate the body.

Notice how your hands naturally shift, when you are at peace, and when you are in distress. This is not coincidence, this is body intelligence. Mudras work by rerouting energy patterns through the nadis /meridians (many nadis and meridians are along similar lines).
