Something in you is watching, assessing. Holding a little back before fully arriving.
This is not fear. It is wisdom. At some point, staying slightly protected made sense, and that intelligence doesn't simply disappear because the situation has changed. It waits. It watches. It makes sure before it trusts. There is nothing wrong with you for being here.
Your heart has opened before. It knows what opening feels like, the aliveness of it, the connection, the specific quality of being fully present with another person or with life itself. And it has learned, through real experience, that opening has a cost. The heart that closes to survive something real can stay closed long after the original reason has passed, guarding against a pain that is no longer coming, missing the connection that is actually available now, holding itself just slightly back from the life that is waiting on the other side of the opening it has not yet felt safe enough to risk again.
But there is a difference between a guard that protects and a guard that imprisons. Between the part of you that wisely discerns when it is safe to open, and the part that has forgotten that safety is actually possible.
The question is not how to remove the guard. It is how to let it know that it can rest for a moment. That nothing here will ask more of you than you are ready to give. That opening, even slightly, will not cost you what it once did.
You don't need to arrive fully today. You just need to take one step closer to yourself than you were yesterday.
That is enough. That has always been enough.
The PATH TO JOY , is yours to listen, to reflect and meditate. A reminder of what the open heart actually feels like. Not the vulnerability of it, the aliveness.
And when you are ready for more, The HeartLight expansion in The Loop app, is there. Not to force the heart to open. Not to override, but to create the conditions in which the heart chooses to stay open, and become what it was always meant to Be.
LISTEN
Sit quietly. Press play. Let the words land in the body without effort or analysis. This invocation calls the light of Source directly into your energy system, rebalancing what the guarding compressed, holding you in Divine Grace, doing what it does simply through the receiving of it. Nothing is required of you except to listen.
The lotus mudra
Bring the hands together at the heart, thumbs and little fingers touching, the remaining fingers opening gently outward like petals. The gesture of the heart that is safe to blossom. Hold it for one breath , or for longer if needed, inhale slowly and exhale completely. Permission, not instruction. The heart choosing to open slightly, on its own terms.
Mudras are one the simplest and most powerful tools we have to regulate the body.
Notice how your hands naturally shift, when you are at peace, and when you are in distress. This is not coincidence, this is body intelligence. Mudras work by rerouting energy patterns through the nadis /meridians (many nadis and meridians are along similar lines).
