ACCESSING THE SERVICE, YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR PERFORMANCE OF ANY AND ALL

EXERCISES OR ACTIVITIES RECOMMENDED BY THE SERVICE IS WHOLLY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

NADEGE RACHAEL ROSE, HER EMPLOYEES AND HER AGENTS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY PHYSICAL OR MENTAL

INJURY OR ILLNESS THAT MAY RESULT, WHETHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ANY OF OUR CLASSES. WHILE

WE MAY PROVIDE GUIDELINES SUCH AS DESCRIPTIONS, PICTURES, OR VIDEOS DESCRIBING HOW TO PERFORM

SPECIFIC EXERCISES OR ACTIVITIES, YOU ASSUME SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR PERFORMING THOSE EXERCISES OR

ACTIVITIES WITH PROPER FORM, AS RISK OF INJURY OR ILLNESS INCREASES WITH IMPROPER FORM. WE

ENCOURAGE YOU TO SEEK MULTIPLE SOURCES OF INFORMATION REGARDING HOW TO PERFORM EACH EXERCISE

CORRECTLY, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE NEW TO ANY OF THE FORMS OF TRAINING OR ACTIVITY YOU SEEK TO

PERFORM.

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU SEEK GUIDANCE FROM A MEDICAL DOCTOR OR OTHER QUALIFIED HEALTH CARE

PRACTITIONER IF YOU ARE PREGNANT, HAVE ASTHMA, OR HAVE ANY PREEXISTING INJURIES OR CONDITIONS THAT

MAY COMPROMISE YOUR BREATHING, OR THAT MIGHT OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH RECOMMENDED ACTIVITIES.

YOU MUST DISCONTINUE EXERCISE IN CASES WHERE IT CAUSES PAIN OR SEVERE DISCOMFORT, AND SHOULD

CONSULT A MEDICAL EXPERT PRIOR TO RETURNING TO CLASSES IN SUCH CASES.

GENERAL DISCLAIMER & ACCEPTANCE

Use of the Site, App, and any associated Products or Services is at your own risk. You accept, agree and understand that you

are fully responsible for your life choices, progress and results from your participation and that Nadege Rachael Rose does not

offer any representations, warranties or guarantees verbally or in writing regarding any particular outcomes associated with the

services. You alone are responsible for your actions and results in life.

You also understand that any testimonials or endorsements by Nadege Rachael Rose customers or audience represented on

our programs, websites, content, landing pages, sales pages or offerings have not been scientifically evaluated by Nadege

Rachael Rose and the results experienced by individuals may vary significantly. Any statements outlined on Nadege Rachael

Rose websites, programs, content and offerings are simply opinions and thus are not guarantees or promises of actual

performance. You acknowledge, understand, agree, and represent that you understand the nature of the activities to be

undertaken in connection with the Site and its offerings and that you are qualified, in good health, and in proper physical and

mental condition to participate in such activities.

THE LOOP MEMBER POLICIES

Upon purchase of any Nadege Rachael Rose digital workshop or membership plan (including The Loop), the purchaser agrees

to the following company policies. We reserve the right to make changes to any of our policies at any time. As a user of the

website and app you are agreeing to these policies and any future revisions during your membership term. As a company, we

will do our best to inform our users to any adjustments made, however it is ultimately the responsibility of the purchaser to be

aware and comprehend the following policies.

Cancellation Policy: A member who chooses the 12-installment payment plan option may cancel their membership within the

first 72 hours of enrollment for a €50 early cancellation fee. After the initial 72 hours post-enrollment, the cost of cancellation is

the remainder of their membership agreement. If a member would like to buy out their membership, their access will be

removed upon receipt of payment and no refunds will be permitted for previous payments. All Lifetime Memberships or Pay in

Full Annual Subscription Memberships are final sale & there is no cancellation option for these two payment options. Please

see our Refund Policy.

WAIVER OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (DROIT DE RÉTRACTATION) In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French

Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period) does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital

content not supplied on a tangible medium if the execution has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgmentthat you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. By purchasing a subscription or digital product from Nadege Rachael Rose (The

Loop), you explicitly request immediate access to the content and expressly acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of

withdrawal. Therefore, no refunds will be granted after the purchase, except as provided in our commercial "72-hour

cancellation policy" for installment plans described above.

Refund Policy: All purchases are final sale and refunds are not provided for previous months on The Loop regardless of

whether the student has logged in to view the content. Nadege Rachael Rose maintains the right to refuse a refund at any

time. There may be occasional glitches with The Loop app or the website may experience downtime. We will always work to

resolve these outages as quickly as possible. No refunds will be provided with temporary access issues with the app or

downtime with the site.

Billing Policy: Our billing system is automated and we do not have the ability to freeze or skip payments or adjust the billing

cycle for any of our members. Upon signup, members who choose the 12-month installment payment plan method will be

billed automatically every 30 days. Those who choose the pay in full or lifetime access payment options will be billed once,

immediately upon signup. If you are on the 12-month payment plan and have a failed payment, the system will retry the charge

3 days later, 7 days later, and 14 days later. If your payment fails on the 14th day your plan will be cancelled and access will

end. For any canceled plans due to failed billing, as long as you reach out to us within 30 days of your plan canceling, we can

provide you with a unique code to lock in your same rate. Please note that we will not be able to resume your plan with the

amount of months remaining, and it will be necessary to start a new 12-month plan. Your new expiration date will be 12

months from the date of your newest sign up.

Plan Expiration Policy: Upon expiration, our 12-month installment plan will expire automatically and your access will end

without contact or action needed from the member. As of today, our pay in full, Annual Subscription plans will auto-renew.

This can be shut off at any time by the member by logging on via the web browser and going to settings.

Plan Extension Policy: There is no option to extend or add access time to any Nadege Rachael Rose plans or programs. There

are no exceptions made to this policy as access time is automated, cannot be altered from the backend, and begins

immediately upon enrollment.

Discount Code Policy: Discount codes valid for The Loop membership may vary. Nadege Rachael Rose reserves the right to

cancel or refuse any discount code at any time without notice. If a customer forgets to use a discount code at purchase, we

reserve the right to refuse to retroactively apply any discount code. All discount codes are only applicable for one redemption

per customer. Customers in breach of this policy are subject to a cancellation of their account or purchase without refund.

Upgrade Policy: If a customer purchases an Annual Membership, chooses the 12-month payment plan option (payments billed

monthly) and wishes to upgrade to lifetime access, they may do so within the first month of membership for a refund of their

first payment. After their first month, they may still choose to upgrade at any time, however, no refunds will be granted for

previous payments and no discounts will be offered for the Lifetime Access Membership. If a customer purchases an Annual

Membership, chooses the pay in full option, and wishes to upgrade to lifetime access, they may do so within the first month

for a prorated partial refund of the remaining 11 months of membership. After their first month, they may still choose to

upgrade at any time, however, no refunds will be granted and no discounts will be offered for the Lifetime Access

Membership. We do not offer the option to apply previous years of the Membership paid towards a Lifetime purchase.

As Is Policy: Upon purchase of any Nadege Rachael Rose workshop or membership plan, the consumer is agreeing to the

purchased content "as is" and there are no guaranteed upgrades or improvements. The company reserves the right to update

& alter the existing content and sell these upgraded versions separately.

Content Privacy Policy: All purchases of Nadege Rachael Rose content, including a la carte workshops and The Loop

memberships, are meant to only be viewed by the purchaser and cannot be shared with others. Sharing of login credentials is

strictly prohibited and as a company we track IP addresses, login history & location, and profile history for suspected breaches

of this policy. All purchased content including written, video, & audio is only available to view by logging in with your registered

account credentials and cannot be copied or downloaded to a personal device for viewing or listening offline. Upon purchase,

all customers acknowledge that they have denied the right to facilitate the use of the workshop material in private one-to-one

sessions, either professionally or personally, with clients or others, for monetary gain or otherwise. Additionally, purchasers

agree not to teach the workshop content to others in any way, to groups or individuals, professionally or otherwise, for

monetary gain or otherwise. Purchasers further agree not to post any text or video presentations of Nadege Rachael Rose

material, or demonstrations on the internet, or other electronic media. Violations of this policy are considered unlawful and

Nadege Rachael Rose reserves the right to take legal action in cases of misconduct.

BY ACCESSING, USING ANY PART OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES AND/OR PURCHASING ACCESS TO ANY ONLINE

COURSES (“ONLINE COURSES”), YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY

DISPUTES
