Breathe
The breath is always with you.
Even when the mind is busy, even when the day feels heavy.
It is the one thing you can return to.
One breath at a time.
Your breath can bring you out of the noise, away from the mental chatter and back into the present moment.
It calms the nervous system and gently guide you into rest.
Breathe in and make room for calm, breathe out and simply release.
Let the music guide you, let it carry your attention away from the mind.
There is nothing to do, nothing to control.
Just listen and breathe.
This a slower cycle, better for deeper regulation.
Connect breath and heart.
Expand
The orb expands, inhale and exhale when it contracts.
No need to force anything, no need to count. Just follow. This is a soft breathing, for when even a 4-4 is too much.
The breath stops past the 3 but just before the 4. This is for those under extreme stress or overwhelm.

Return
Stabilise
Inhale for 4 and exhale for 4.
A steady rhythm, balanced and continuous.
Nothing to force.
This is best for grounding.
